$reward$ NT4 setup error
information on my HD after I run debian install, the HD is setup into 4 Non-MSDOS partitions, and they are all blown WAY out of proportion, like I have one, 151 MB partition on a 120 MB hard drive, and all the other partitions are huge. I have a feeling that's something that's causing fdisk's error message.

So I tried to use fdisk to reformat that partition (delete the partition and then create one of the same size in the same place). That seemed to work, but when it rebooted the installation program can't find the harddrive (let alone the installation partition) so I'm unable to reinstall OS/2.

xp formatted a sata drive, any way to recover?
MS-DOS was actually brain-dead at 32MB partition size, with 512 byte per addressable unit -- but MS has patched (with bigger cluster unit) to make it work to current sizes. NT, on the other hand, has currently the limit of 2GB for its primary installation partition. THe reason is that NT still relies on the MS-DOS

Question
Also, I understand that Mandrake installation program should be able to resize existing partition. So it seems as if the installation program
